Incorrect position of UI elements when project is run in Fullscreen standalone with lower resolution
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new project and import package "Attachment Issue_UIsize.unitypackage.unsafe"
2. Build the project and run it in fullscreen mode with non-native (lower) resolution (I tested it using 1366 x 768)
3. Notice that it is disordered, not like in previous versions
4. In Unity 5.4 it is even worse
Not reproducible: 5.1.4f1, 5.2.4p1
