Incorrect Framing of GameObject when it has a Particle System
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. In Hierarchy, double-click on Cube to frame it
3. Notice that the camera is moved too far away
Note: Change Cube/Particle System/Shape to Sphere and frame Cube again to see the issue more clearly
Reproducible with: 2017.2.3p4, 2017.4.12f1, 2018.1.9f2, 2018.2.11f1, 2018.3.0b4, 2019.1.0a3
By Design because: Framing an object works by taking all the renderers and calculating the total bounds for the GameObject. The particle system bounds are causing the focus to be further away.
