Incorrect animation preview when using a Blend Tree
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user-supplied project
2. Select "testblend" Blend Tree
3. Move the 'Blend' slider of the Blend Tree to around 0.09
4. Play the preview animation, at frame 26-27 Notice the right leg of the wolf
Expected: the leg is behaving correctly
Actual: the leg behaves incorrectly
Reproduced in: 2019.2.17f1, 2019.3.0f3, 2020.1.0a17
Not reproduced in: 2018.4.15f1 (Blend Tree Breaks), 2018.4.15f1 (Blend Tree Breaks)

Resolution Note:
The blending is done on local rotations (in Quaternions), if rotations are greatly offset, then the blend will be weird. To avoid this, care must be taken that the IK solving is similar in all clips to be blended. Non-skinned bones often hide different IK solving solutions that play correctly independently, but won't blend nicely.
