Inconsistent state of Shader (Material) when upgrading a project version
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the attached project.
2. Select or reimport the "material_1" in the project view.
Actual behavior:
Material updates(GIF attached).
Expected behavior:
Material stays in legacy state or is updated when project is upgraded.
