Inconsistent / incorrect Camera frustum Far Plane Distance and Far Plane Normal readings
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "ECS_Camera_REPRO.zip" and scene "Main" (update Entities, Hybrid Renderer if errors in console window are present)
2. Enter Play mode
3. Rotate "Main Camera" object
4. In Game view, observe the UI expected and Method One/Two values
Expected result: the values on UI are the same as the expected ones
Actual result: the calculated Method One/Two values for "far plane normal" and "far plane distance" are not the same as the expected ones
Reproducible with: 2019.3.2f1 (7.1.7), 2020.1.0a24 (7.1.8)
Could not test with: 2017.4 (no hdrp), 2018.4 (hdrp errors)
