Inconsistent logic on when 'open VFX graph Samples' button appears on Visual Effect Graph in Package Manager
Steps to reproduce:
- Open a Unity Project
- Open Package Manager via Window > Package Manager
- Navigate to the Unity Registry section
- Install the package 'Visual Effect Graph'
- Observe how after initial installation, the 'open VFX Graph Samples project on Github' button appears
- Click onto a different package then back onto the Visual Effect Graph package
Actual results: The button is no longer shown, even though the package is still installed.
The logic of when it is shown is inconsistent. It shows after initial installation of the package, and when navigating to 'In Project' section when Visual Effect Graph is selected already in that section, and after installing the 'OutputEvent Helpers' sample. However, it doesn't appear when clicking off the package and back onto it, when closing and re-opening Package Manager, when changing Package Manager section (except for the specific scenario above), e.t.c.
Expected results: The button is always shown when the package is installed.
Reproducible with versions: 6000.0.23f1, 6000.0.2f1
Not reproducible with versions: 6000.0.1f1, 2022.3.50f1
Can’t test with versions: 2021.3.44f1 (button doesn't exist)
Tested on (OS): Windows 11
