Inconsistent Isometric Tilemap Rendering when Tilemap Renderer Mode is set to Chunk
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open the Sample Scene
3. Inspect the difference between Inspector window-> Tilemap Renderer-> Mode Chunk and Mode Individual
Expected: All tiles are rendered in the same Sort Order
Actual: Inconsistent Isometric Tilemap Rendering
Reproducible with: 2018.3.14f1, 2018.4.0f1, 2019.1.0b9, 2019.2.0a9
Note: Could not test earlier versions because of the thrown errors, could not test on newer versions (2019.1.0b10 and above, 2019.2.0a9 and above) because Tilemap becomes invisible
