Inconsistent help box font size in Project Settings window
Reproduction steps:
1. Create new project
2. Edit > Project Settings…
3. Observe help boxes in different sections
Actual result: Help boxes have different font sizes
Expected result: Help boxes have same font size in all of the sections
Reproducible with: 6000.0.64f1, 6000.2.15f1, 6000.3.1f1, 6000.4.0b1
Not reproducible with: 6000.5.0a3
Reproduced on: Ubuntu 24.04, macOS Tahoe 26.1 (M4)

- We need to log a bug or task PER pages to fix those issues.
