Inconsistent deltaTime values when "Update Mode" is "Animate Physics" and "DirectorUpdateMode" is "UnscaledGameTime
How to reproduce:
1. Open attached project "case_1084441-Playables_Update_Mode_Bug.zip" and scene "SampleScene"
2. In Hierarchy window, select "Cube"
3. In Inspector window, set Animator (component) -> Update Mode -> Animate Physics
4. In Inspector window, set NewBehaviourScript (component) -> Director Update Mode -> Unscaled Game Time
5. Enter Play mode and observe Console window
Expected result: the printed values are either a constant "0.0167"
Actual result: the printed values hover around "0.0167" and behaves almost identical as with Director Update Mode -> Game Time
Reproducible with: 2017.4.15f1, 2018.3.0b11, 2019.1.0a9

the first printed value is always 0.0167

Resolution Note:
This is an architectural flaw. Animator and Director should always be on same Update Mode, otherwise unexepected results.
This is edge-casy, so closing.
