Inconsistent collision timing with continuous speculative collision detection
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached user's project "PhysicsResponseTest-main.zip"
2. Open "TestScene.unity"
3. Ensure that the "Kinematic Cube" GameObject has "Continuous Speculative" set
4. Enter Play mode
5. Wait ~5 minutes for the results
6. Copy and paste the results from the log as CVS
Expected results: The speed of outgoing sphere should consistently equal y=1.5*x
Actual results: The speed of outgoing sphere is sometimes unexpected
Reproducible on: 2021.3.19f1, 2022.2.7f1, 2023.1.0b5, 2023.2.0a3
Could not test on 2020.3.45f1 due to script used in reproduction outputting scripting errors when downgraded
Notes:
