Inconsistent "AssetDatabase.GetDependencyHash" value returned for unchanged source files when using a custom "ScriptedImporter"
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached “GetAssetDependencyHash” project
2. Right-click on “TestScript.losi” ScriptableObject in Assets/Lines Scripts
3. Select “Reimport Asset on Timer”
4. Observe the Console window
Expected result: Has only one logged hash value
Actual result: Logs two hash values
Reproducible with: 2020.3.43f1, 2021.3.16f1, 2022.2.1f1, 2023.1.0a24
