in OnDestoy(), transform.position returns local position if an object is a child of another object
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project ("RoadBuilder")
2. Create a cube and make it child of the terrain
3. Add attached script ("NewBehaviourScript.cs") to the project
4. Assign the script to the cube
5. Delete the cube
6. Observe that the local position is printed
Expected result: global object position should be printed after the object is destroyed
Actual result: local object position is printed after the object is destroyed
Reproduced in: 2017.1.0b1, 5.6.0f3, 5.5.2f1, 5.4.4p4, 5.3.7p3, 2018.3.0a8
