In import settings, inconsistent 'Create from Grayscale' state when changing texture/import type to Normal Map
To reproduce this issue:
1. Import the attached package
2. Select imported texture
3. Set Texture Type to Texture
4. Set Texture Type to Advanced
5. Set Import Type to Normal Map
6. Slider drop down will not show up
7. Change Texture type to Normal Map
8. Change it back to advanced
Now Bumpiness slider appears because of the enabled 'Create from Grayscale' field.
Expected: It should be both enabled/disabled when Import/Texture type is set to Normal Map
