Impulse Tracker(.it) module files ignore instrument Sustain Loop when being played in the Editor
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project (300 KB Songs - 8-Bit Era)
2. Play 'Dodge and Weave.mp3' to hear how the audio file should sound like
3. Play 'Dodge and Weave.it'
Expected result: the Impulse Tracker file matches the MP3 file
Actual result: the Impulse Tracker file sounds different from the MP3 file
Reproducible with: 2017.1.5f1, 2017.2.3p2, 2017.4.9f1, 2018.1.9f1, 2018.2.3f1, 2018.3.0a8
Notes:
Audio files match when played via an external player outside of Unity
