[Improved Prefabs] RevertAll and ApplyAll buttons are still visible when nothing to apply to prefab instance
Steps:
1. Open attached project
2. Load TestScene
3. Select AudioSource GameObject
4. Make any modification through Inspector
5. Click on "Overrides" window
6. Click on AudioSource GameObject
7. Apply override from comparison view window
==>
"RevertAll" and "ApplyAll" buttons are still visible
Note: Close "Overrides" window and open it again => both buttons are gone
