Impossible to override package text style sheet in Editor
Steps:
1) Open the TextPlayground project (attached)
2) Open the TextPlayground window via its menu item
3) Check the button "Link" under the TextCore Assets section
Expected result: The button displays "Link" in linked style (underlined and blue)
Actual result: it's not styled at all
NOTE: works fine at runtime

Resolution Note (2020.2.X):
This is not a bug but a limitation of the current feature set.
The reason is that “<link>” is declared through Text Style Sheet assets and we simply have no UX to apply these to Editor panels.
