Impossible to disable the "Missing Cloud ProjectID" warning which appears when the machine is offline
Reproduction steps:
- Create new project
- Add ProjectID in Services along with enabling Cloud Diagnostics (Edit > Project Settings… > Services)
- Enter Play mode then quit it
- Turn off the internet connection on a working machine
- Enter Play mode then quit it
- Build And Run the project (File > Build And Run)
- Observe the build process
Expected result: Build finished without any errors
Actual result: “Missing Project ID“ warning pops up
