Yes
Importing obj-file with mtl-file present in the folder does not import all materials
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open user attached project
2. Reimport model Assets/ModelWithMtl/as1-oc-214.obj
3. Observe the log statements and notice that the returned material from Assets/Editor/OnAssignMaterialLogger.cs is only applied to some of the geometry
Expected result: materials should be applied to all of to whole geometry
Reproduced in: 2018.2.0a1, 2018.1.0b3, 2017.3.0f3, 2017.2.1p2, 2017.2.0b1
Not reproduced in: 2017.2.0a4, 2017.1.3f1
Regression since: 2017.2.0b1
