Importing an .mp4 or .mov crashes the Apple silicon mac editor
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached "Sample Project.zip" project in Apple Silicon Editor
2. Right-click on "ADAM Episode 3 - Trailer.mp4" -> Reimport
Expected result: The video file is imported
Actual result: Editor crashes
Reproducible with: 2021.2.0a13, 2021.2.0a16, 2021.2.0b8
Notes:
Reproducible with: .mp4, .mov files
Not reproducible with: .flv, wmw, images, audio files
With .webm:
Error: Unsupported video codec 'VP9' found

It still crashes with .webm in 2021.2.X

We also see a hard crash (no stacktrace in Editor.log though) with 2021.2.0f Silicon when importing webm files (which is only supported with VP8 AFAIK, so the OP might not have seen the crash that would have happened)
