[IMGUI] Shortcut key "Shift + Space" are not working for maximizing or minimizing the Scene Window on 2nd attempt
Shortcut key "Shift + Space" are not working for maximizing or minimizing the Scene Window on 2nd attempt. User needs to change the mouse position.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Create a new Project
2. Hover mouse to Scene Window
3. Click Shift+Space Button
4. Click Shift + Space Button again
Expected Result: Scene Window should be in default size
Actual Result: Scene window is not updated its size until the mouse position is not changed
Reproducible on: 2020.1.0a5, 2019.3.0b5, 2019.2.1f1, 2019.1.14f1
Environment: Linux (ubuntu 16.04 LTS)
Work Around: If the user changes mouse position a little bit then shortcut keys are working
