"ImageUtility.LoadOrCreateSprite()" halfs the loaded sprites resolution
Reproduction steps:
1. Open "quarter-size-texture-repro.zip" project
2. Right click on Game view tab -> "Load RenderDoc"
3. Enter Play mode
4. Press "Start"
5. In the Console window notice that the Resolution of the images is '2048 x 2048'
6. Pause Play mode
7. "Capture the current view and open in RenderDoc"
8. Select the loaded Image in RenderDoc
9. Notice that the Resolution of the image is '1024 x 1024'
Expected Result: Sprite resolution isn't halfed because of "ImageUtility.LoadOrCreateSprite()"
Actual Result: "ImageUtility.LoadOrCreateSprite()" halfs the loaded sprites resolution
