Images with "Preserve Aspect" don't update aspect ratio when changing sprite at runtime in Unity 2019
Steps on how to reproduce:
1. Open the attached "ImageAspectRepro2018.3.6f1.zip" project
2. Play the 'SampleScene' scene
3. Click on the 'Button' button
Expected result: Image ration is changed
Actual result: Image ratio is not changed and the image is stretched
Reproducible: 2019.1.0f1, 2019.2.0a11
Not reproducible: 2017.4.25f1, 2018.3.12f1, 2019.1.0a1, 2019.1.0a3, 2019.1.0a4
