[ImageEffects] Tonemapping is active in both Scene and Game views when HDR is enabled
How to reproduce:
1. Open a new project
2. Import the Effects Standard Asset
3. Create a game object that would be visible in the scene (cube, sphere, etc)
4. Enable HDR on the main camera
5. Apply the Tonemapping effect to the main camera
- Note how both the Scene and the Game view are affected by the effect
