[ImageEffects] Screen Space Reflection effect with Biliteral Upsample causes artifacts on some surface corners
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project
2. Open 'bug' scene
3. Inspect 'Main Camera' game object, notice it has SSR effect applied with 'Biliteral Upsample' enabled
4. Open Game View
5. Notice the corners of the table look "smudgy" (See attached screenshot)
6. Disable the 'Biliteral Upsample' on Screen Space Reflection component, notice the corners are rendered correctly
Note: Seems to be more visible on metallic surafecs. Not 100% sure if it only happens on metallics though.
