[ImageEffects] Bloom effects different colours at different thresholds
Bloom effect effects green channel at a higher threshold than red or blue channels.
Repro Steps:
1) Open attached project and scene "TestRunner"
2) Slowly reduce threshold of Bloom effect and observe effect on different colours
Actual Result: Green effected first, then red, then blue
Expected Result: All colours effected at same threshold
NOTE: To get the exact difference in values hide the object "QUADS" and run the scene, whilst in play mode check the "Results" array of the "Test Runner" script attached to the Camera. These values are sampled 8 pixels from the top edge of the red, green and blue quads respectively.
