Image effects on 480x800 Windows Phones cause image downscaling
To reproduce:
1. Open repro.unitypackage
2. Open scene test. It contains a 2d image, and a color correction image effect that can be enabled/disabled in play mode
3. Build & run for WP8
4. For best results, tip the phone for landscape view
5. Enable the image effect, notice that the image quality is visibly worse
