Image Effects crash standalone builds on DX10 GPU
Steps to reproduce:
1. Creating new empty project, import "Effects" (one of the default) asset package
2. Add "Depth of Field" script to camera
3. Build and Run for Windows standalone
4. Observe crash
Expected outcome: Unity handles it and project build starts up as expected.
Reproduced in:
Windows 8.1 w/ ATI Radeon HD 4770
5.2.0f3, 5.2.2f1
Not reproducible in:
5.1.1p3, 5.3.0b4
