Image component display random image when there is no source image set (Regression)
To reproduce the issue follow steps:
1. Create new scene
2. Add a UI panel
3. Remove the source image from the panel
4. Add a UI text
5. Move the UI text so that it appear behind the panel
6. Toggle the panel on and off to see the problem
Result: random image in the corner of the panel is displayed
Expected: panel should be rendered with selected color

User has attached "UI Panel Bug.unity" scene where all the game objects are set
PS: Sometimes UI elements seems to disappear until you interact with the UI objects in the editor
