[IL2CPP] Exceptions in looped finally blocks are not thrown in IL2CPP builds
How to reproduce:
1. Open user-submitted project (LostException.zip)
2. Open the SampleScene
3. Enter Play Mode to make sure an exception is thrown
4. In Player Settings set the Scripting Backend to IL2CPP
5. Build and Run the player in development mode
Expected result: an exception is logged upon launching the Player
Actual result: no exceptions are logged upon launching the Player
Reproducible with: 2018.4.23f1, 2019.3.13f1, 2020.1.0b9, 2020.2.0a12
Could not test with: 2017.4.40f1(No IL2CPP module found)
Notes:
Not reproducible with Mono builds
