Socket.Handle returns wrong value when used in IL2CPP Build
Reproduction steps:
1. Open user-submitted project
2. Navigate to File -> Build Settings
3. Press Add Open Scenes
4. Build and Run the project
Expected result: Valid Socked number is displayed in the scene
Actual result: "H:1" is displayed in the scene
Reproducible with: 2019.4.35f1, 2020.3.27f1, 2021.2.10f1, 2022.1.0b6, 2022.2.0a3
