[IL2CPP] Build fails when processing a .dll plugin
How to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project ("case_1157129-IL2CPP_WebGL_compile_bug_report.zip")
2. Try making a build with IL2CPP
Expected results: the build builds successfully
Actual results: The build fails with "il2cpp.exe did not run properly!" exception
Reproducible with: 2018.4.3f1, 2019.1.8f1, 2019.2.0b7, 2019.3.0a7
Couldn't test with 2017.4 as it does not support IL2CPP backend for standalone

It looks like an assembly in this project has invalid IL code. IL2CPP cannot convert assemblies with invalid IL code.
