Steps to reproduce:
1. Open the attached project (additional_include.zip)
2. Switch platform to WebGL
3. Build for WebGL
4. Observe the error
Expected result: Unity should not throw the error
Actual result: Unity throws the error
Reproduced with: 5.6.1p1, 2017.1.0b6
Not reproduced with: 5.5.3p4
