IK Animations are behaving incorrectly when entering Play Mode
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open User-supplied project
2. Preview the animation, notice that it plays correctly
3. Enter the Play mode
Expected: the characters limbs are behaving incorrectly
Actual: the characters limbs are behaving correctly
Reproduced in: 2020.1.0b4, 2020.2.0a5
Not reproduced in: 2018.4.21f1 (Can't test), 2019.2.21f1 (Can't test), 2019.3.9f1 (Can't test)

Resolution Note (fix version 2020.2):
Updating the package 2D IK to 3.0.2-preview.1 seems to have fixed the problem for me
