If Autorefresh is off, pulled data doesn't update on the first launch
Reproduction steps:
1. Open "1083197" project
2. See "Cube" -> "New Behaviour Script" -> "Test" value ('10')
3. Copy Project
4. Change "Test" value to '100' (Overwrite Prefab and Save Scene)
5. Copy "Assets" folder to the Copied Project
4. Open Copied Project
5. See "Cube" -> "New Behaviour Script" -> "Test" value ('10')
Expected Result: "Test" value is '100'
Actual Result: "Test" value is '10'
Reproduced with: 2019.2.0a5, 2019.1.0b3, 2018.3.6f1, 2019.1.0a7, 2019.1.0a3,
Did not reproduce on: 2019.1.0a2, 2019.1.0a1, 2018.2.20f1, 2018.1.9f2, 2017.4.20f1

Refreshing the editor resolves the issue

Resolution Note:
Disabling auto refresh will disable asset reimport and scene reload, this is expected.
