Huge GFX.WaitForPresent loads when using ECS
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open User-supplied project (the first one)
2. Open and play Scene "SampleScene"
3. Using WASD, fly closer to the green cube
4. Inspect the Profiler window
Expected: No stuttering
Actual: Editor stutters and the profilers shows a huge Gfx.WaitForPresent percentages
Reproduced in: 2018.1.7f1, 2018.2.0b10
Note: 2018.3 could not be tested due to project migration errors
