[Hub] Windows, Mac, and Linux Server Build Supports Modules are failling to Install
To reproduce:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. Go to Installs Section
3. Press the 3 dot button on 2022.1.0a13 and press the "Add Modules" button
4. Select Windows, Mac, and Linux Server Build Supports Modules
5. Press the "Done" button
Expected Results: Windows, Mac, and Linux Server Build Supports Modules successfully installs
Actual Results: The "Installation Failed" message is thrown
Notes:
- This issue happens on both Windows and macOS
- Windows, Mac, and Linux Server Build Supports Modules arrived in 2022.1.0a13
- Previously these modules were installed by default
- This issue happens on both Unity Hub 2.4.5 and 3.0.0-beta.5
Reproduced on Unity 2022.1.0a13
Not reproduced on Unity 2022.1.0a12
