[Hub] Unity Engine stops downloading if you have a weak internet connection
Reproduction steps:
1. Have a weak internet connection
2. Open Unity Hub
3. Start downloading any Unity Engine version
Expected result: Unity Engine successfully downloads and installs
Actual result: Unity Engine stops downloading, ESOCKETTIMEDOUT error is thrown in info-log.json
Reproduces on: Unity Hub 2.2.2, 2.3.0
Workaround: Download Unity Engine with all modules de-selected (you can add them after the installation), or download Unity Engine from https://unity3d.com/get-unity/download/archive
