[Hub] Taskbar icon smaller on a 4k monitor
Repro:
1. Open Hub on a 4k monitor with display scale above 200%.
Expected Result: The Hub's taskbar icon size is consistent between resolutions.
Actual Result: Taskbar icon is smaller on a 4k monitor.
Reproducible in 2.4.5 and 3.0.0-beta.6, unsure how to test older Hub versions.
Notes:
- Screenshot of taskbar icons and display settings attached.
- Icon size is as expected when display scale is 200% or below.
