[HUB] Locate always open path to default application folder even though the editor folder location path is different
Locate always open path to C drive on Windows and application folder on MacOS even though the editor folder location path is set to something else
Steps to Repro:
1. Open HUB
2. Click and settings
3. Set Unity Editor Location Path to non-default applications folder
4. Goto Install tab and click locate
Actual Result:
HUB opens a path to C drive on Windows and Applications folder on Mac
Expected:
The set path is open
