[Hub] 'Last Update' row shows future date in the License section
How to reproduce:
1. Open Hub
2. Click on Settings icon -> License Management
3. Observe 'Last Update' row
Expected result: Today's date is written or field should be defined more specifically
Actual result: Tomorrow's date is written
Reproducible: 2.0.2 Hub version
