[HUB] Editor does not sign out after quitting HUB from Unity Hub tray.
Unity editor does not sign out after closing the Hub.
Steps to repro:
1. Open Unity project from HUB.
2. Sign in using Editor Menu(Edit - Sign in)
3. Quit Hub using Unity Hub tray.
Actual Result:
Unity editor does not sign out after closing the Hub.
Expected Result:
Unity editor should sign out.
Occurring with:
HUB: 1.3.1
Environment:
Windows and Mac.
NOTE: Unity Hub has replaced launcher from 2019.1.0a10.

Resolution Note (2019.1.X):
By design, quitting the Hub would not sign user out. Action that reopen the Hub will open Hub in signed in state. to sign out, please user the sign out action
