[Hub] "Download failed: Validation Failed" warning message thrown when installing selected Module Support in Unity Hub
Reproduction steps:
1. Open Unity Hub
2. In the left side menu select "Installs"
3. In the top right corner select "Install Editor"
4. In the "Install Unity Editor" window select Editor to install
5. Select Modules to install and press "Continue"
6. Observe the "Downloads" window
Expected result: The selected Module Support install is successful
Actual result: The selected Module Support installation fails with a warning message "Download failed: Validation Failed"
Reproducible with: 3.0.0
Not reproducible with: 2.4.5
Notes:
- Issue reproducible when trying to install Android Build Support, WebGL Build Support
- Reproducible with macOS, Windows
- Unity was unable to reproduce this issue locally. If you have additional information that would help us to reproduce this issue, please leave a comment or submit a new bug report.

Uninstalled everything started with fresh hub download problem persists. Checked logs and it is trying to install Linux-IL2CPP-Support on a drive that is no longer in the system.

I got this error because the folder already existed. Once I renamed the old folder it installed fine.

try to download WebGL Build Support but a error show up and when the modules download is at the end he will be stuck

Had no VPN, but still had this issue, so I just downloaded the verison I needed from the download archive and installed it the old school way. Hope this heps someone!

Bug also present in Debian. While restarting the system seemed to get the download going it fails after a while to validation error and request timeout

Latest issues
- Reference to a deleted GameObject becomes "None" instead of "Missing" when the GameObject is restored with undo after entering and exiting Play Mode
