[Hub] Column headers do not line up with the corresponding columns when the window is resized to a small width
How to reproduce:
1. Open Unity Hub window
2. With at least one project in the project list, resize the window to its minimal width
Actual results: Column headers for "Target Platform" and "Last Modified" do not line up with the corresponding columns
Tested with: Unity Hub 2.0.0
