Hover Highlight is visible for all Controls when enabling them after hiding them while the Hover Highlight was visible in the Customizable Toolbar

Steps to reproduce:

  1. Open any Project
  2. In the Customizable Toolbar, hover cursor over the Play Button in Play Mode Controls until the tooltip for it appears
  3. Without moving the cursor right click it and select "Hide"
  4. Right click in the Customizable Overlay and enable "Play Mode Controls"
  5. Observe the Play Mode Controls without moving your cursor into the Customizable Toolbar

Actual results: Hover highlight is visible on either the Play button or the Pause button when enabling Controls in the Customizable Toolbar if before hiding them the Hover highlight was enabled until the Toolbar is redrawn

Expected results: Hover highlight is reset when hiding Customizable Toolbar's Controls

Reproducible with versions: 6000.3.11f1, 6000.4.0b11, 6000.5.0a8

Can't test with: 6000.0.71f1 (No Customizable Toolbar)
