Hover gets stuck when using touch and setting the button display to none and then flex
Reproduction steps:
1. Open the user's attached project
2. Open "Assets/t" scene
3. Enter Play Mode
4. Make sure Game view is set to Simulator and Apple iPad Pro 12.9 (2018)
5. Press the red square once and release
6. Pres Q and then P on the keyboard
7. Press the red square again
Expected result: The red square animates when pressed
Actual result: The red square is stuck on hover state
Reproducible with: Built-in (2021.3.2f1, 2022.1.0a3, 2022.1.0f1, 2022.2.0a12)
Not reproducible with: Built-in (2022.1.0a2)
Couldn't test with: 2019.4.38f1, 2020.3.34f1 (package and UI document errors)
