[HorizontalLayoutGroup] Input field is only resized once caret enters invisible input field area
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open attached project
2. Open scene "MainScene"
3. Run it
4. Click "Change Long Text" button and notice that text inside input field is changed
5. Click on input field for caret to appear
6. Using right arrow key, move caret until it leaves visible input field's area. Notice that input field is resized
Additional steps:
7. Stop and run scene again
8. Click "Change Short Text" - text changes
9. Click "Change Long Text" - notice that this time input field is instantly resized, no need to manipulate caret
