Horizontal scrollbar is visible in the Hierarchy V2 even when it is not needed
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Make sure the use the new Hierarchy
3. Set the width of the Hierarchy so nothing is hidden
4. Observe the results
Expected results: The horizontal scrollbar is not visible
Actual results: The horizontal scrollbar is visible
Reproducible with: 6000.3.0a5
Can't test with: 6000.0.56f1, 6000.1.16f1, 6000.2.2f1, 6000.3.0a1 (Hierarchy V2 not available)
Reproducible on: macOS Sequoia 15.5 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other nevironment tested

Resolution Note:
The column visibility is also being considered for scroll bar show/hide. In your test example, you likely still have a default column not visible with the width you set even that column has no contents. Therefore it's by design.
