Horizontal Scrollbar appears in the Inspector Window when the Volume Component is added
Steps to reproduce:
- Open any SRP Project
- Create any GameObject in the Hierarchy and select it
- Add Component "Volume" in the Inspector and observe the bottom of the Inspector Window
Actual results: When the Component is added, a Horizontal scrollbar is immediately present in the bottom of the Inspector no matter what width the Inspector Window is
Expected results: Horizontal scrollbars only appear when their functionality is needed
Reproducible with versions: 2023.2.0a23, 2023.2.20f1, 6000.0.8f1
Not reproducible with versions: 2021.3.40f1, 2022.3.35f1, 2023.1.20f1, 2023.2.0a22
Tested on (OS): macOS Sonoma, Windows 11
