[HLAPI] No error is printed when spawning objects that were not added to NetworkManager
Steps to reproduce:
1. open attached project
2. play scene 'main'
3. Host server
4. Press 'Space'
Actual: Cube gets Spawned but it is not added to NetworkManager, therefore not synced to clients
Expected: Error message printed that it the prefab has not been added to NetworkManager
Reproduced: 5.1.5f1, 5.4.0f2
