"Highlights" tab can't be scrolled horizontally when not all content fits the tab
How to reproduce:
1. Create a new Unity project
2. Go to Window -> Analysis -> Profiler
3. Switch to the Edit Mode and record anything
4. Click on the "Highlights"
5. Make sure the Profiler size is narrow enough not to fit the content of the "Highlights" tab
6. Observe the "Highlights" tab
Expected results: The "Highlights" tab can be scrolled horizontally
Actual results: The "Highlights" tab can't be scrolled horizontally
Reproducible with: 6000.3.0b1
Can't test with: 6000.0.57f1, 6000.2.2f1 (Different "Highlights" tab with less content)
Reproducible on: macOS Sequoia 15.6 (M1)
Not reproducible on: No other environment tested
